The Paper Bag Princess

The story of Princess Elizabeth and her unbelievably lame (HA!) Prince Ronald has always been one of my favorites.  The story is charming and fun and the illustrations make me laugh . . . but it's the underlying meaning in the story that grabs a hold of my heart.


It was my privilege to share the story of The Paper Bag Princess with My Craft Channel in my most recent Craft Tips segment.

I hope you'll watch it!  I hope you'll read the book.  And I hope you'll remember how breathtakingly incredible you are -- paper bags and dirty hair and sooty skin and all!

    The Paper Bag Princess was one of my must-reads in my preschool. It is an excellent book, along with other Robert Munsch books.
